South Korea To Start Negotiations On Deploying U.S. Missile Defence System

February 07, 2016

South Korea has agreed to start negotiations with the US on the possible deployment of a missile defense system on its territory, Associated Press said, citing Seoul officials.

This comes hours after a 'long range' rocket test was conducted by North Korea earlier this morning.

South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported that the rocket launch was a failure and it had burned up, with debris falling to the sea off the coast of Jeju Island.
