Sri Lanka is a country where law enforcement bodies are guided by a different set of laws that are beyond the reach of ordinary citizens. For instance, Traffic laws that are applicable to ordinary citizens do not seem to bother Police officers who are supposed to be the "protectors" of law. Perhaps the Police have their own traffic laws. This picture which was captured in Matara speaks volumes of the Sri Lankan Police.
