Ten people have died - including four children, in the garbage dump collapse in Meethotamulla yesterday. 

A section of the garbage dump collapsed burying an estimated 40 houses. 

More people are feared dead. 

President Sirisena yesterday ordered Disaster Management and the tri-forces to help with rescue operations that are still underway.
