Dialog Service Down: Customer Care Says Few Hour Delay To Reconnect Services

Sri Lanka’s premier mobile network Dialog is currently experiencing network difficulties irate customers complain.

The network’s customer care service confirmed the service was down and said it would be couple of hours before they were reconnected.

Several consumers reported that services on the 4G network were undisturbed while the 3G network was facing difficulties.

Dialog has a customer base of 11 million with over 2,600 base stations spanning all provinces.
