Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is to leave the country tomorrow for a three-day visit to Maharashtra, India.

He is expected to deliver a speech at the International Buddhist Conference being held there.

Former President Rajapaksa was invited to speak at the Conference by the International Buddhist and Cultural Federation.
