The Sri Lankan rupee hit an all time low today (24), Central Bank sources said. 

The Sri Lankan rupee was valued at 158.69 against the US Dollar on Tuesday. 

On Monday, the Sri Lankan rupee was valued at 156.90 against the US Dollar. 

It further depreciated on Tuesday, sinking the Sri Lankan currency to a record low
