Railway Unions Decide To Postpone Strike Until Noon: Govt. Appoints Committee To Look Into Grievances

Railway trade unions have decided to postpone their planned strike until noon today, giving more time for the government to address their issues.

The decision was made after the government agreed to appoint a committee to look into their grievances.

Although a discussion was held between the Transport Minister and trade union representatives this afternoon, it ended inconclusively.

Railways unions had earlier decided to launch their strike from midnight today demanding immediate solutions to several grievances.
