A letter issued by the Kurunegala Zonal Educational Office instructs school principals to purchase framed pictures of the North Western Province Chief Minister.

The letter bearing the signature of the Assistant Educational  Director I.N. Weerasooriya has indicated that the pictures may be bought for Rs. 850 (12*15) and Rs. 1950 (16*24).

The letter has been delivered to all school principals in the Kurunegala educational zone, advising them to place their orders with zonal office as quick as possible.

The current Chief Minister of the North Western Province is Dharmasiri Dassanayake, while the governor is K.C. Logeswaran.
