Dematagaoda is tense after a shooting at the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) shed that injured two people. 

The two injured persons were rushed to the Colombo National Hospital. 

A person attached to the security detail of MP Arjuna Ranatunga has been arrested for the shooting. 

MP Ranatunga has arrived at the CPC in Dematagoda, giving rise to a tense situation.
