Supreme Court Extends Interim Order Against Dissolution Of Parliament: Hearing Of Petitions To Continue Tomorrow

The Supreme Court extended the interim order against the dissolution of Parliament until December 08. 

The interim order was extended, as the court decided to postpone the hearing of petitions against dissolution tomorrow 

The case is being heard before a seven-member bench headed by Chief Justice Nalin Jayalath Perera.

The Supreme Court today began hearing of the Fundamental Rights petitions against the dissolution of Parliament for the third consecutive day. 

Lawyers of the intervening petitioners of the case presented their submissions in court today.
