Army Commander Mahesh Senanayake And Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen To Restify Before PSC Probing Easter Attacks Tomorrow

Army Commander Lietenant General Mahesh Senanayake and former Minister ACMC Leader Rishad Bathiudeen will testify before the Parliamentary Select Committee probing the Easter Sunday attacks tomorrow.

In addition, the Secretary to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the ministry previousy headed by Bathiudeen, is also expected to testify before the committee tomorrow.

A member of the committee said sessions would begin at the parliamentary complex at 2 PM tomorrow.

He also added that the sessions would be open to the media as usual.

The member also stated that they are strongly looking into the possibility of requesting President Maithripala Sirisena to testify before the PSC.
