Attorney General Dappula De Livera is currently appearing before the Parliamentary Select Committee probing Easter Sundaty attacks.

The Attorney General initiated action against former Defence Ministry Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujith Jayasundara over their failure to prevent the deadly terrorist attack on April 21.

The PSC decided to summon the Attorney General after it recorded statements from several senior officers overlooking intelligence agencies.
