The Colombo High Court has revised the bail application granting bail to former Defence Ministry Secretary Hemasiri Fernando and IGP Pujith Jayasundara over security failures leading to the Easter Sunday attacks.

With this new development, Fernando and Jayasundara, who were granted bail in July, have been re-remanded.

The Attorney General's Department filed the revision application challenging the Colombo Chief Magistrate's decision to release them on bail.
