First Officer who contracted COVID19's last layover was to Singapore: Some Airline Workers Advised To Self-Quarantine

In a statement, SriLankan Airlines explained that the First Officer who contracted COVID19's last layover was to Singapore on Feb 28—all others since being turn-around flights.

The Airines also said that steps have been taken to remove from roster all those who operated flights with him over the last 14 days and advise them to self-quarantine. "Airline health officials and state health officials are monitoring.," the statement also added.

The patient had attended simulator training on March 14, 15 and as such instructors have been advised to self-quarantine. "The Centre has been closed for sanitization and the airline is taking all steps to ensure staff and passengers are protected," it added.
