Anura Lewke, owner of the Buuwelikada building in Kandy that collapsed, killing three, has been remanded till October 13.

Three people, including a small baby, were killed when a building collapsed last weekend.

Upon investigations, it was revealed that the building had been constructed without meeting the standard guidelines.
