The LankaPay system has been fully restored following a temporary outage that disrupted multiple payment and transaction services since 7 December.
According to LankaPay, the interruption affected interbank ATM transactions, interbank fund transfers, government institution payments, JustPay, LankaPay cards, GovPay and LankaQR services, all of which became temporarily inactive.
The organisation confirmed that all affected services have now returned to normal operation.
