President to address Parliament today; Opposition talks scheduled

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake is scheduled to address Parliament today (20), according to an announcement made in the House earlier this week.

Leader of the House Bimal Rathnayake confirmed on 17 March that arrangements had been made for the President’s address.

He further stated that the President is also expected to hold discussions with members of the Opposition.
