The Ministry of Labor has introduced a new WhatsApp number, 070 7227877, to enhance communication and expedite responses to issues faced by both state and private sector employees.

This initiative is designed to streamline services, allowing the public to easily submit requests, while improving the efficiency of the Ministry of Labor and the Department of Labor. The Ministry aims to ensure prompt relief and interventions for employees’ concerns.

The WhatsApp number will primarily address service-related issues encountered by private and semi-government employees, facilitating faster and more effective responses.
