The Supreme Court has ruled that the presidential pardon granted by former President Maithripala Sirisena to Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera, who had been serving a prison sentence for contempt of court, is invalid.
