Pakistan reached embarrassing lows on Monday after defeating West Indies by 120 runs in the second and final Test of the series in Multan. This was West Indies’ first win in Pakistan in 34 years as the match ended in a 1-1 draw. Pakistan won the first Test by 127 runs and also won in Multan

With just five wins from 14 matches in the 2023/25 cycle, they have lost nine Tests and are at the bottom of the WTC points table with a PCT of 27.89. This is their worst showing in a WTC cycle. In the inaugural edition of the championship, they finished sixth with three wins from six matches and a PCT value of 43.3. In the following cycle (2021/23), they finished seventh with just four wins from 14 matches, recording a PCT value of 38.1.
