Sri Lanka’s premier HR event, SLASSCOM People’s Summit, is set to be held on 7th February 2025 at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, bringing together HR professionals, industry leaders and C-suite executives for a day filled with transformative discussions, expert insights and interactive breakout sessions.
Organized by the Sri Lanka Software and Services Companies Association (SLASSCOM), this year’s theme, “Engage, Empower, Elevate, The New Playbook”, emphasizes the need for fresh approaches to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape shaped by technological advancements, changing workforce dynamics and global challenges, and provides cutting-edge insights from industry leaders on staying ahead of evolving HR trends and challenges.

Former Sri Lankan cricket captain Mahela Jayawardene will deliver a keynote address on the topic of “Leadership in Transformation,” which will highlight the role of transformational leadership in building resilient and high-performing teams.
