BUOST has announced a strategic partnership with Vornex to accelerate the adoption of The925, its AI-powered workflow platform, and position it as a global successor to traditional ERP systems.

The925, created by BUOST under the leadership of founder and senior partner for growth, Thisara Jayasinghe, replaces the rigidity of ERP systems with modular, AI-driven workflows across HR, finance, IT, and compliance. Jayasinghe was later joined by co-founders Keshan Sandeepa and Hirishegan Karuneswaran, who helped turn the concept into a fully developed product.

Under the partnership, Vornex — co-founded by Prashan Vidwantha Thilakawardena — will leverage its nine years of expertise in ERP, blockchain, and enterprise-scale technology consulting to integrate The925 into large, complex enterprise environments.

“ERP was built for a different era. It’s heavy, slow, and too costly for the realities of today. The925 gives businesses agility, AI-powered flows, contract automation, real-time analytics, and a knowledge assistant that works for every employee,” said Jayasinghe.

“The925 is what the future of operations looks like. Our partnership with BUOST allows us to deliver a fully automated, intelligent workflow solution that adapts to each organization, leaner, faster, and smarter than anything ERP can offer,” added Thilakawardena.

The platform allows businesses to launch workflows within minutes using templates or AI-generated processes, while its built-in assistant, OrgAI, acts as a digital guide for employees by surfacing policies, answering questions, and triggering workflows.

With features like Databox, which transforms every workflow into a live, auditable record, The925 aims to provide leaders with actionable insights, cut operational costs, and improve compliance while creating a seamless experience for employees.

Industry observers see the BUOST–Vornex partnership as a major step toward transforming enterprise operations in Sri Lanka and beyond, offering organisations an intelligent, flexible, and cost-effective alternative to traditional ERP systems.
