361 Degrees Partners With IPM For National HR Conference 2016

361 Degrees, Sri Lanka’s leading integrated HR solutions partner, has partnered with the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPM) for the upcoming National HR Conference 2016 to be held on 21st and 22nd June at the BMICH in Colombo.

361 Degrees will be the “Official Training and Engagement Partner” partner for IPM, having participated in almost every HR Conference since the very first event held back in 2002.  Additionally, 361 Degrees will be the Strategic Partner with IPM for the next 2 years.

Rukmal de Silva - Chairman and CEO of 361 Degrees will be one of the panellists who is due to engage with the audience during the panel discussion to be held on Day 2 of the conference. De Silva holds a Masters in Business Psychology at the Heriott Watts University in UK and is currently reading for a PhD with a research interest in the effect of psychological biases in teams. He is also a Certified National Trainer of Junior Chamber International Training Institute, USA.
