With over two decades of experience, Dilshan Perera has proven track record in strategic management, digital transformation, strategic marketing, and business development across industries such as life insurance, general insurance, telecommunications, banking, and retail. Prior to this, Dilshan served as Head of InsurTech and Head of Etailing (Digital Retail) at Dialog Axiata PLC, and he co-founded ‘InsureMe.lk’, Sri Lanka’s first digital insurance comparison platform, further showcasing his commitment to transforming industries through innovation, customer-centricity, and the importance of leveraging new technologies to drive growth and he is also a visiting lecturer for post graduate programs at several leading universities, where he shares his expertise across multiple management disciplines.
