Bengaluru police have detained the handler of the pro-ISIS twitter handle @ShamiWitness on Friday night.

Top police officials confirmed the detention saying "we have the man". But they declined to confirm whether he was arrested and under which sections was a case made out against him.

No information is available yet as to from where was the man picked up. City police commissioner M. N. Reddi will be holding a press conference at his office at 1:00 pm on Saturday.
