White House To Host British Prime Minister David Cameron

British Prime Minister David Cameron will travel to Washington D.C. on Thursday to meet with President Barack Obama, the White House announced Saturday. Obama will host Cameron for a working dinner at the White House on Thursday night in advance of meetings in the Oval Office on Friday, the release said. The White House said that the two heads of state plan to discuss topics including the economy and trade, cybersecurity, Iran, the threat of ISIS, counterterrorism, Ebola, and Russia's actions in Ukraine.

"The United Kingdom is an uniquely close friend and steadfast ally, and the President looks forward to beginning the New Year by working with Prime Minister Cameron on these issues and reaffirming the enduring special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom," the White House Statement said.
