The Colombo Magistrate’s Court issued an arrest warrant today (13) for former National Lotteries Board (NLB) Director Thusitha Halloluwa.
Halloluwa, who had been evading the court, was previously arrested on 19 August in Kollupitiya in connection with a shooting incident involving his vehicle in Narahenpita.
He was released on bail on 18 September.
