Veteran radio presenter and journalist Chithra Kumari Kalubowila has passed away at the age of 68, according to the family sources.

She is reported to have died while receiving treatment in hospital for an illness.

Kalubowila, a distinguished figure in Sri Lanka’s radio industry, made a lasting contribution to the field over several decades.
