Chaminda Kularatne, who was recently interdicted from the post of Deputy Secretary of Sri Lanka Parliament will be filed a bribery complaint against the Speaker of Parliament.

The complaint will be handed over to the Bribery Commission today (2) at 3.30 p.m.,sources said.
