SLRC Chairman Resigns

Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) Chairman Senesh Dissanayake Bandara has resigned from his position.

Asian Mirror learns that he tendered his resignation on Sunday, 23 December. Reasons for his resignation have not been revealed yet.

Bandara, a senior lecturer and acclaimed film director, was appointed as the Chairman of the SLRC on 25 September. He was among the first individuals appointed to key State positions after President Anura Kumara Dissanayake won the Presidential Election on 21 September.
