Leader of the Pivithuru Hela Urumaya, Attorney-at-Law Udaya Gammanpila, claimed that the alleged mastermind behind the Easter Sunday attacks would be revealed on 31 March.

Speaking at a media briefing held in Colombo today (16), he said that the Easter attacks had been used to persecute war heroes without any basis.

Gammanpila stated that he and a team had compiled a research publication titled “In Search of the Mastermind of the Easter Attacks” following a year-and-a-half-long investigation. He said the book is scheduled to be launched on 31 March.

“The Easter attacks have been used to harass war heroes without any basis. It is now time to put an end to this deception. Therefore, we are ready to reveal on 31 March who the mastermind behind the Easter attacks is, which the Government has failed to disclose,” he said.
