Foreign monk dies after leopard attack in Panama forest hermitage

A foreign Buddhist monk who was residing as a meditation practitioner at the Bambaragastalawa Aranya Senasanaya in Panama has died after being attacked by a leopard yesterday morning (26).

The deceased monk was a 43-year-old Czech national.

Police said that investigations into the incident are currently being carried out by the Panama Police.
