Presidential Security Division Vehicle Crashes in Thalawa

A vehicle belonging to the Presidential Security Division was involved in an accident on the Thalawa-A28 road near the 70th kilometre post, police said.

The incident occurred early this morning when the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into an electric post.

Four police officers from the division sustained injuries and were initially admitted to Thalawa Hospital before being transferred to Anuradhapura Teaching Hospital for further treatment.
