South Korean actress Kim Se-ron was found dead at her home, a police officer with knowledge of the incident said Sunday.

Kim, 24, was one of South Korea’s most promising actresses, but her career collapsed after a drunk driving incident in 2022.

A friend who had been visiting Kim went to her home and found her and called police, Yonhap News Agency said.

Police found no foul play, Yonhap reported.

The police officer said they were investigating the cause of death but did not provide further details.
