The hitman who killed underworld figure Ganemulla Sanjeewa has been arrested in Palaviya, Puttalam, a short while ago.
The 34-year-old suspect is a former commando, Asian Mirror learns.
The suspect was arrested in a joint operation by the Colombo Crime Division (CCD) and the Special Task Force (STF).
