The fifth edition of the Khelo India Winter Games is set to begin its second phase from March 9-12, bringing together over 300 athletes from across India to compete in a thrilling display of winter sports. Hosted in the snow-covered paradise of Gulmarg in Kashmir, the event will feature skiing, snowboarding and many other disciplines, highlighting the region as an emerging hub for winter sports in India.
Organized by the Sports Authority of India and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the Khelo India Winter Games aims to celebrate India’s diverse sporting talent while promoting grassroots sports. This year’s edition promises a grand celebration of adventure, athleticism and the pristine beauty of Kashmir’s winter landscape.
