Breaking: Deshabandu Tennakoon Files Writ Petition Against Arrest Order

Suspended IGP Deshabandu Tennakoon has filed a writ petition before the Court of Appeal seeking to annul the arrest order issued against him by the Matara Magistrate’s Court. His lawyers submitted the petition today, challenging the legality of the order.

The Court of Appeal has scheduled the case for consideration on 12 March.
