Sampath Bank has entered into a strategic partnership with Indra Traders (Pvt) Ltd., a pioneer in the automotive industry in Sri Lanka, to offer attractive leasing facilities and multiple benefits. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was recently signed at Sampath Bank’s head office.

Through this partnership, Sampath Bank offers leasing facilities at a concessional interest rate across all repayment tenors. With the aim of further easing financial obligations, customers can now pay their insurance premiums. In addition, no interest will be charged if the insurance loan is settled within two months. Furthermore, customers can avail Sampath Credit Cards that allow them to make insurance payments with 0% interest for 12 months, ensuring competitive financing options with Sampath Bank, as well as a first-year free card, which allows them to make insurance payments with 0% interest for 12 months, ensuring competitive financing options with Sampath Bank.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Deepal De Silva, Senior Deputy General Manager – Operations and Branch Banking, Sampath Bank, said: “This partnership underscores our continued commitment to providing innovative financial solutions that empower customers. By collaborating with Indra Traders, we not only offer competitive leasing options, but also ensure that customers enjoy a seamless and rewarding vehicle ownership experience and turn their aspirations into reality.”

Indra Traders will offer exclusive benefits to Sampath Bank customers, enhancing the value of the leasing program. Customers purchasing unregistered vehicles will receive a two-year warranty on the engine and gearbox and a three-year warranty on the hybrid battery. In addition, a 10% discount on spare parts from Indra Motor Spares and a 10% discount on labor charges at Indra Service Park will be applicable for the first year. Pre-owned vehicle buyers will benefit from a six-month warranty coverage on the engine and gearbox and a year of free labor services for up to six maintenance sessions.
