Sri Lanka’s Chamod Yodhasinghe has qualified for the semi-finals of the men’s 60m event at the World Indoor Athletics Championships in Nanjing, China.
He clocked 6.70 seconds in the second heat, equalling the times of competitors from the United States and Switzerland, who shared first and second places.
Yodhasinghe’s semi-final is scheduled to take place today (21) at 17:33 IST.
