Police Open Fire on Suspicious Vehicle in Mattakkuliya, Driver Escapes

Mattakkuliya Police opened fire at a car that failed to stop during an inspection of a suspicious vehicle.

According to police, while the vehicle was later taken into custody, the driver managed to flee the scene.

A special operation has been launched to apprehend the suspect.
