Sabaragamuwa Uni Ragging Horror: Four More Arrested, 11 Suspended

In the wake of a student’s tragic death allegedly caused by ragging, the academic activities of 11 students from Sabaragamuwa University have been suspended, police said.

Among them are four third-year students arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on Sunday, 4 May.

Meanwhile, four more students have surrendered to the Samanalawewa Police and have been handed over to the CID for questioning, Sri Lanka Police confirmed.
