Its upcoming Knight-Ro 2025 exhibition is a powerful testament to the school’s commitment to preparing students for the future, as in today’s fast-changing world, education can no longer stop at textbooks.
Organised to celebrate the college’s 75th anniversary, Knight-Ro 2025 will run from 28 to 30 August, transforming the school premises into a hub of creativity, innovation, and discovery. With more than 100 student-led booths alongside 100 exhibits from government and private sector partners, the event promises a vibrant display of knowledge, talent, and innovation.
The Technology Zone will spotlight robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering projects, and immersive virtual reality, while other sections will showcase arts and culture, environmental sustainability, communication, sports, and business ventures. Together, they demonstrate that education at Thurstan College extends far beyond academics—shaping students to meet the challenges of real life.
Through these experiences, students sharpen critical and creative thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills—the very qualities essential for tomorrow’s leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs.
With participation from universities, industries, government bodies, and schools across the country, Knight-Ro 2025 is set to become one of Sri Lanka’s largest educational exhibitions.
