MPs to Wear Pink Tomorrow in Parliament

Speaker of the House, Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne, today (21) urged all Members of Parliament to wear pink or pink-shaded attire tomorrow (22) in observance of Global Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

He also announced that the Women Parliamentarians’ Caucus will distribute awareness badges to all MPs at the Members’ Entrance tomorrow, according to a statement from the Department of Communication of Parliament.
