Police questioned model Piumi Hansamali yesterday (21) regarding her alleged connections with underworld figure Kehelbaddara Padme, who is currently in detention, the News First reported.

According to police sources, Hansamali appeared before the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) following a notice issued to her and provided a statement for over three hours.

Police further stated that several other models and actresses are also expected to be questioned in connection with their alleged links to Kehelbaddara Pathme.
