The Colombo Magistrate’s Court today ordered that Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) General Secretary Ven. Galagoda Aththe Gnanasara Thera, who was arrested while an open warrant had been issued against him, be remanded until tomorrow (5 October).
The court also ordered that steps be taken to produce Gnanasara Thera before the Court of Appeal tomorrow.
He was produced before the court by officers of the Colombo Crimes Division.
