Former Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe is currently giving a statement to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry probing into the Easter Sunday attacks.

Wickremesinghe was noticed to appear before the Commmission today to record a statement.

UNP General Secretary and former Minister Akila Vraj Kariyawasam also appeared before the commission today.

Wickremesinghe previously said he was not invited for National Security Council meetings since December 2018.
