Sirisena brought the 19th Amendment to the Constitution because he could not work with the former President. 17 and 19 were brought not to strengthen the country but to strengthen Ranil Wickemesinghe. The Speaker of the time and the Leader of the Opposition were all one party. The 20th Amendment will be passed by a majority of over 175. ” He said.
