COVID19 Update: 39 Patients Reported From Police And Police Special Task Force

Of the 275 people infected with COVID19 reported in Sri Lanka yesterday, 39 were members of the Police and the Police Special Task Force, according to the National Center for the Prevention of COVID19.

Among the reported COVID19 were 23 members of the Police Special Task Force.

In addition, 90 COVID19 infections were reported from the Gampaha district yesterday.

Infections have been reported from Gampaha (09), Kandana (02), Mahara (34), Biyagama (18), Minuwangoda (01), Kelaniya (16), Wattala (03), Peliyagoda (03), Ragama (02) and Kadawatha (02)

Colombo District (61 infected): Colombo (1-15) 32, Colombo Municipal Council employees 09, Kahathuduwa 01, Kolonnawa 12, Welipillawa 02, Rajagiriya, Moratuwa, Heltota and Alubomulla areas respectively.

Kegalle District (22 infected): Warakapola 11, Aranayake 10, Yatiyantota 01.

Galle District (10 infected): Galle 09 / Hikkaduwa 01.

Ratnapura District: Infected04

Kurunegala District: Infected04

43 cases have been reported from the quarantine centers and one each from the Kalutara and Trincomalee districts.
