Former Sri Lankan Cricketer Muttiah Muralitharan's Condition "Stable" After Successful Angioplasty Surgery In Chennai

Sri Lanka's legendary spin bowler Muttiah Muralitharan has undergone an angioplasty surgery following admitted to a hospital in Chennai.

Reports from Chennai said the former Sri Lankan cricketer's condition was "very stable". They added that the minor surgery was successful and the Sri Lankan cricketer was out of danger.

Muralitharan was hospitalised due to cardiac arrest while touring in Chennai with the support staff of the IPL team Sunrisers Hyderabad.
