A large number of civil society organizations and individuals are joining hands with the Presidential Task Force on 'One Country, One Law' in Sri Lanka, said its Chairman Ven. Galagoda Atte Gnanasara Thero.

The Task Force office at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall was open to the public from the 20th to the 23rd of this month.

He said that the office is still open to all who wish to express their views personally and in an organized manner and that he and his team will collect all such views at any time.

He said that he and his team had been tasked with conducting a study to enforce "one country, one law" and explained that he and his team would be very transparent in due course.

A number of individuals, including Dan Priyasad, a member of several controversial ultra-nationalist organisations, were seen making statements before the Task Force.
